Established in 1995, the Dermatology Center of Lake Orion was originally located in downtown Lake Orion. As the practice grew, we moved to our current, larger location on S. Lapeer Rd.
Here at DCLO, we treat medical and cosmetic dermatology patients. When needed, we are aggressive and hands-on with acne treatments when treatment may include chemical peels and Accutane. Our Cosmetic treatments are very popular. We enjoy helping people look and feel their best with minimal downtime. Our Esthetician offers treatments such as waxing, facials, Micro-needling, and hydra facials.
Our team is very proud to be treating generations of families and will be ready for the next generations for years to come.

Dr. Madeline Turner, DO
Dr. Madeline Turner is a Board-Certified Dermatologist with over 25 years of experience, practicing medical and cosmetic Dermatology in Lake Orion since 1995.
Dr. Turner earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan, before receiving her medical degree at Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine.
She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association College of Dermatology, Oakland County Osteopathic Physicians, The American Academy of Dermatology, The Oakland County Osteopathic Medical Association, and a proud board member of the Suite Dreams Project (non-profit to create healing environments for children in need), since its inception in 2000.
Dr. Turner has been married for 30 years and has two sons attending college. She is very active in the community, especially local school athletic programs and charities.
Dr. Turner feels truly blessed to be in such a great community with a variety of patients and backgrounds. She is grateful for the trust of her patients and treats everyone with respect and kindness.
Audrey Vizzaccaro, PA-C
Audrey graduated from Rhode Island College with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 1987. In 1996 she completed her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Detroit Mercy and received certification from the NCCPA. Following the completion of her studies and certification, she worked in Orthopedics and Trauma at St. John Medical Center in Detroit.
In 2001 Audrey joined Dr. Madeline Turner at the Dermatology Center of Lake Orion. Audrey came to Dermatology because of the wide variety of patients she sees. From Clinical Dermatology patients with a wide variety of skin conditions to Cosmetic Dermatology for facial rejuvenation. Audrey loves Dermatology because of its innovative and ever-changing treatments. She feels she has a significant impact on the psychological wellbeing of her patients.
Barbara Swierszczyk
Barbara Swierszczyk is a licensed esthetician with over 20 years of experience from luxury spas to medical skincare. Blending traditional European techniques with modern medical technology, she’s on a mission to provide lasting rejuvenating treatments that bring out both your inner and outer glow.
Trained at Michigan College of Beauty and certified in a variety of facials, makeup, hair removal, micro-needling, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and medical-grade peels; as well as deep product knowledge to create custom treatments for all skin types.
While not working, Barbara enjoys traveling and baking desserts.
